1. Return Eligibility

• You receive an incorrect product.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
• Bulk or customized orders unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Requests made after the return eligibility period.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer:

• A replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
• A full refund if a replacement is not possible.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), return shipping costs will be borne by RAMSON Soap & Chemicals.

If the return request is due to reasons not attributable to us, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
