Cancellation Policy

At RAMSON Soap & Chemicals, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

2. Bulk & Customized Orders

Orders placed for:

• Bulk quantities
• Customized products
• Special manufacturing requests
• Corporate or institutional orders

may not be eligible for cancellation once production or processing has begun.

3. Cancellation by RAMSON Soap & Chemicals

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock.
• Pricing or product information errors.
• Payment could not be verified.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Circumstances beyond our control that prevent order fulfillment.

If your order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations made before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
• The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.

• Reason for Cancellation
